Flashback to about six years ago…I had run out the party girl scene, my lifestyle ruined my marriage, business, and countless friendships. I had relentless anxiety and self loathing which made me sink deeper into paralyzing fear and insecurity and a deep sadness that I just couldn't shake...I had to do something radical.
So I went to an Ashram on a mountain in Colorado for 30 days...this was my first of many journeys which resulted in 500 hours of Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation Trainings as well as an additional 60 hours of Meditation and Yogic Philosophy...over the course of five years.
This in addition to a disciplined daily practice has undoubtedly changed the course of my life.
I am now living a life full of authenticity, developing meaningful relationships, enjoying experiences, and I wake up every morning excited for life...
I feel inspired AF and a new found freedom to share what I have learned by living fully, and embracing my authentic style, and unique creative energy...
